By accessing or using reactivescore.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern use of the Site only; see Section 4 for how the Reactive Score software itself is licensed.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, and code) is the property of HatchFox Studios or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without express written permission.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Reproduce or exploit Site content without permission

4. Reactive Score software licensing

Reactive Score and Reactive Score Lite are closed-source commercial software, distributed exclusively through the FAB Marketplace. Your right to use the software, whether the free Lite tier or the paid 1.0 tier, is granted under Epic Games' Fab Standard License Agreement at the point of download, not under these Terms. Being free of charge does not change the license terms Lite is distributed under; the same Fab Standard License applies regardless of price.

These Terms do not grant, modify, or restrict any right to the Reactive Score software itself. Any question about your license to use the software should be directed to the Fab EULA linked above, or to Epic Games/FAB support.

5. Third-party links

This Site links to third-party platforms including FAB Marketplace and Discord. These links are provided for convenience only. HatchFox Studios has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HatchFox Studios does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Warranties (if any) for the Reactive Score software itself are governed by the Fab EULA, not by this Site's Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HatchFox Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site. This limitation applies to the Site only; liability relating to the Reactive Score software itself is governed by the Fab EULA.

8. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
