1. Who we are

Reactive Score is a product of HatchFox Studios, a creative studio based in Australia. We operate reactivescore.com and the Reactive Score Discord community. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy mean HatchFox Studios.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following, depending on how you use this site:

• Contact: the Contact page links directly to our email address (mailto) and Discord. We only receive what you choose to send us that way; the site itself does not run a contact form or store anything from that interaction.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your email address via our email provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, an EU company). Subscribing is opt-in only; we never add you automatically. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Technical data: if analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) is enabled on this site, it may collect browser type, approximate location, and pages visited. Check the footer of this page for current status; we update this policy when that changes.

3. Purchases are handled by FAB, not us

Reactive Score and Reactive Score Lite are sold and downloaded via the FAB Marketplace (fab.com), operated by Epic Games. Reactivescore.com does not process payments, and we do not collect or store your payment details, billing address, or purchase history. That transaction and its data are governed entirely by FAB's own Privacy Policy and Fab End User License Agreement.

4. How we use your information

• Respond to enquiries sent to us directly
• Send devlog/product updates to newsletter subscribers who opted in
• Understand site usage to improve it, if analytics is enabled

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies

This site may use cookies for basic functionality and, if enabled, analytics. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work correctly without them.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Brevo: newsletter delivery, EU-based data storage
• FAB Marketplace (Epic Games): purchases and downloads
• Discord: community, governed by Discord's own privacy policy

7. International data transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g. Brevo) store and process data outside Australia, primarily within the EU. Each provider maintains its own compliance framework; see the links above.

8. Data retention

We retain direct emails only as long as necessary to respond. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Technical log/analytics data, if collected, is retained for a maximum of 12 months.

9. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, including unsubscribing from the newsletter via the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
